Pregame
• Team Captains: Marcus McMaryion, George Helmuth, James Bailey and Micah St. Andrew.
• Idaho won the coin toss and elected to receive. Fresno State will received the
First Quarter
• Wylan Free and Mykal Walker earned their first career start on the defensive side of the ball.
• Michiah Quick, Markus Boyer and Syrus Tuitele picked up their first starts on the offensive side of the ball.
• Jordan Mims scored the season’s first touchdown of the season; Mims’ seventh career score.
• Dejonte O'Neal ran for career-long 26-yard TD score. His second career score (first since 2016).
• Jasad Haynes forced his first career fumble and recovered his second career fumble with 2:01 left.
• Asa Fuller connected on his first career field goal with 0:43 left to give the Bulldogs a 16-0 lead.
• Idaho’s 73-yard touchdown matched the longest play surrendered by the Bulldogs in all of 2017 (Jake Browning to Dante Pettis on Sept 16, 2017).

Second Quarter
• Fresno State blocked a PAT for the first time since Nikko Mota did so on Nov. 2, 2013.
• Jordan Mims’ second rushing scored marked the third time in his career he has had a multi-score game.
• Tank Kelly blocked a field goal and Jaron Bryant returned it 74 yards for a touchdown. Bryant's TD marks the first blocked FG for a TD since Isaiah Green did so on Dec. 3, 2011 vs. SDSU.
• The Bulldogs first punt came with 5:04 left in the second quarter.
• Tank Kelly intercepted his second career pass to give the ball back to the ‘Dogs with 4:37 left.
• Kelly intercepted his second pass of the quarter with 2:58 on the clock, returning it for his first-career touchdown.
• Bryant ended the half with his second return for a touchdown off a field goal block (Mykal Walker) of the quarter.
HALFTIME
• Fresno State’s 28 points in the second quarter was the most points scored in a single quarter by the Bulldogs
Third Quarter
• Jordan Mims rushed for his third score, giving the ‘Dogs a 51-6 lead. His first career game with three scores in one game and the first time since Josh Hokit scored three vs. San Diego State in 2017.
• James Bailey intercepted his first career pass on a Juju Hughes pass deflection.
- The third interception of the game marks the first three-INT for the team since played Nevada in 2017.
• Jorge Reyna saw his first snaps as a Bulldog quarterback (7:48) and on his first career pass he connected for a 33-yard TD pass.
Fourth Quarter
• Wylan Free's first career INT marked the Bulldogs fourth team INT of the game. The last time the 'Dogs recorded four picks in one game was on Oct. 5, 2013 vs. Idaho.
• Saevion Johnson scored his first career TD – a 5-yd rush with 10:50 left in the game.
GAME
• KeeSean Johnson extended his consecutive games with a reception to 37.
• Mims doubled his touchdown total as a freshman with six scoring three times in the season opener.
• Fresno State broke the 70-point threshold since Nov. 12, 2004 vs. Hawaii
• Fresno State joined USC (Oct. 22, 1994 and Oct. 11, 2008), Wyoming (Nov. 18, 1995), Central Michigan (Oct. 2, 2004) and Iowa (Sept. 5, 2009) as the only teams in FBS history to block two field goals in the same quarter.
• Tank Kelly’s interception return for a touchdown gave Fresno back-to-back games with an INT for a TD for the first time since the 2012 season. Jaron Bryant ended the 2017 season with a return TD in the Hawai’i Bowl
