- Fresno State honored 17 seniors prior to kickoff: Nick Abbs, Alex Akingbulu, Kevin Atkins, DaRon Bland, Ryan Boehm, Jason Diaz, Kenny Gagnon, Kwami Jones, Tyson Maeva, Aaron Mosby, Deonte Perry, Ronnie Rivers, Juan Ridriguez, Cesar Silva, Matt Smith, Jacob Westberry, and Keric Wheatfall.
- Fresno State shutout New Mexico in the first half. It was the third time this season the Bulldog defense held the opponent scoreless in the first half.
- New Mexico only had 46 offensive plays in the game, it was the least amount of offensive plays by an opponent this season and the least by a Bulldog opponent since 2009.
- Fresno State only allowed for 34-yards passing by New Mexico. It was the lowest total passing yards by an opponent since 2010.
- New Mexico had only seven first downs in the game. It was the lowest amount by a Bulldog opponent since 2016.
- Fresno State held its opponent to under 10 first downs in a game twice this season.
- Fresno State's defense has now had at least one interception in five-straight games.
- Fresno State was 3-for-3 in red-zone attempts.

- Ronnie Rivers became Fresno State's all-time leader in career rushing touchdowns with his first score of the game in the first quarter.
- Matt Smith made his first start at center since playing at Oregon on Sept. 4.
- Tre Watson earned his first career start at tight end.
- Josh Kelly scored his third touchdown of the season.
- Raymond Pauwels, Jr. scored a career-long 24-yard touchdown, his second touchdown of the season.
- Pauwels recorded a career-high 31 receiving yards.
- Jordan Mims had the longest reception of his career, a 78-yard reception down to the UNM 5-yard line in the third quarter.
- Mims had his second career 100-yard receiving game, and first since 2018.
- Mims scored his second receiving touchdown of the season.
- Mims had a career-high 103 receiving yards.
- Mims is the first Bulldog running back to record 100-yards receiving this season. It was the first time since his own 100-yard receiving game in 2018 that a Bulldog running back had 100 yards receiving in a game.Â
- Jake Haener recorded his seventh 300-yard game of the season. That mark puts him in third in Fresno State history, for single season 300-yard passing performances.
- Haener moves in to third in program history with 11 career 300-yard passing games.Â

- Cale Sanders, Jr. grabbed his first career interception.
- Emari Pait recorded a season-high 2.0 TFLs.
- Tyler Mello tied his career-high with four tackles.
- Malachi Langley led the defense with seven tackles.
- Langley led the defense in tackles for the first time this season.
- Kenny Gagnon tied his season-high with two tackles.
- Jason Diaz recorded a career-high two tackles.
Special Teams:
- Cesar Silva kicked a career-long 52-yard field goal. It was the first 50-yard field goal of his career.
- Silva was 2-of-2 on his field goal attempts on Saturday.
- Malik Sherrod had a season-long 21-yard kick return.
