- With a 12-play, 72-yard scoring drive in the second quarter, Fresno State had its longest scoring drive in a game since Game 2 against Oregon State (Sept. 10)
- Fresno State scored its first points off turnovers of the season
- Fresno State had just one penalty in the game, its lowest total of the season. The lone penalty was a false start call on the first offensive drive of the game.
