- Fresno State scored a touchdown on its opening possession. It was the second-straight game that the Bulldogs put up seven points in their opening drive.
 - Fresno State scored 17 points in the opening quarter. It was the fifth time this season that the Bulldogs’ offense scored in double digits to open a game, and the third-straight game since Haener’s return.
 - Fresno State shutout its opponent in the first half for the second time this season.
 - Fresno State won its fifth Mountain West West Division title, the most in conference history. The conference will eliminate divisions after this season.
 - Fresno State will meet Boise State in the Mountain West championship on Dec. 3, 2022.
 - It will be the fourth time the two teams have met for the championship, with all four games being played in Boise, Idaho.
 
- QB Jake Haener ties fellow Bulldog Derek Carr and former Nevada QB Carson Strong at the top of the MW record book with his 26th straight game with a passing TD.
 - Haener scored his first rushing touchdown of the season.
 - Haener had his fourth-straight 300-yard passing game, and the 18th of his career.
 - Haener has 8,366 career yards passing. He moved up to fourth in program history passing Mark Barsotti.
 - WR Mac Dalena scored his first touchdown of the season, and his first since the 2020 season.
 - TE Raymond Pauwels Jr. had his second touchdown of the season.
 - WR Jalen Moreno-Cropper had 100-yards receiving in the first half alone.
 - Moreno-Cropper recorded his eighth career 100-yard receiving game, and his third of the season. The eight is tied for ninth on the program's career list with Josh Harper.
 - RB Jordan Mims scored his 11th rushing touchdown of the season, and the 30th of his career. He is now alone in fifth place in Fresno State program history for career rushing touchdowns.
 - Mims became the 16th player in program history to rush for 1,000 yards in a season, and the first since Marteze Waller in 2014.
 - It is the 22nd time a Bulldog has recorded 1,000 rushing yards in a season.
 - Mims is tied for the 13th fastest Bulldog to reach 1,000 rushing yards in a season.
 - Mims surpassed the 1,000-yard mark with an 82-yard run, his final carry of the night. It was the second longest run of his career (2020 at New Mexico) and tied for the 11th longest run in program history with teammate Jalen Moreno-Cropper.
 
Defense Notes
- DE David Perales forced a fumble in the first quarter on a strip sack to Nate Cox. It was his second forced fumble of the season, and the ninth of his career.
 - Perales snagged the first interception of his career.
 - Perales’ interception marked the first time a Bulldog defensive lineman snagged an interception since Mykal Walker vs. Toledo on Sept. 29, 2018.
 - Perales had one sack. He now has 10.5 and is tied for the ninth-most in a season in program history.
Perales' 21.5 career sacks ranks sixth all-time at Fresno State, passing Ejiro Ederaine and Alan Harper on Saturday night. - DB Cam Lockridge had a season-high three pass breakups.
 - DB LJ Early grabbed his second career interception.
