Team Notes
- Fresno State had its second sellout home game of the season.
- Fresno State allowed the first touchdown for the third time this season (0-3).
- Fresno State’s defense caused a turnover against Washington State. It was its first time in a game since the New Mexico game.
- The Bulldogs forced multiple turnovers (2), the fifth time they have done that this season.
- Fresno State was held below 350 yards of offense for the third straight game.
- Fresno State was held below 20 points for the second consecutive game.
- Fresno State lost its second straight game when having more time of possession (2-2).
- Fresno State is 1-3 on the year when having multiple turnovers in a game.
- Fresno State’s defense had 4.0 sacks against Washington State, its first game with a registered sack since Sept. 21 vs New Mexico State.

Offense Notes
- Elijah Gilliam registered the first 100-yard game of his career with 120 rushing yards on 20 carries.
- Josiah Freeman caught his second touchdown of the season, and third of his career.
- Freeman left the game in the first half with a lower leg injury.
- Gilliam scored his third rushing touchdown of the season.
- Mikey Keene had his fourth game with multiple interceptions this season. He is the first Bulldog with four multi-interception games in a season since Tom Brandstater in 2006.
- WR Mac Dalena led the team with 61 yards receiving. It was his third time leading the ‘Dogs in receiving yards.
- Dalena has led the ‘Dogs in yards receiving in all three home games this season.
- Richie Anderson earned his first start as a Bulldog.
- Edward Fonua earned his first start as a Bulldog at right guard.

Defense Notes
- Malachi Langley had a season-high nine tackles.
- Langley led the team in tackles for the first time this season.
- Langley’s nine tackles move him closer to the program’s top ten in career tackles, bringing his number to 270. He is just nine away from cracking the program’s Top 10 numbers.
- Jacob Holmes recorded career highs in tackles (6) and TFLs (4).
- Holmes is the first Bulldog to record 4.0 or more TFLs in a game since David Perales had 5.0 against San Jose State on Oct. 15, 2022.
- Korey Foreman got his first start as a Bulldog.
- Foreman forced his third fumble on the season.
- Jacob Holmes got his first start of the season and the second start of his career.
- Jakari Embry got his first start as a Bulldog.
- Embry was on the receiving end of a Cougar fumble, picking up his first as a Bulldog.
- Dean Clark grabbed his first interception of the season, fourth of his Bulldog career.
- Phoenix Jackson recorded sacks on back-to-back sacks in the fourth quarter, the second and third of his career.
- Jackson had a career-high 2.0 sacks on the night.

Special Teams Notes
- Dylan Lynch missed a field goal from 36 yards out in the second quarter. It was the first miss since Sept. 7.
- Clay Lawrence had a season-low two punts on Saturday.
- Lawrence had a season-high 46.5 average per punt.
- Lawrence also had a season-long 53-yard punt.
- Jalen Moss totaled 83 combined kick return yards (45 kickoff, 38 punt).
- Moss had his first kickoff return of the season, finishing with four for 45 yards.
