Team Notes:
- Fresno State allowed its opponent to score a touchdown on its opening drive for the second straight game. It is the third time that has happened this season (1-2).
- Fresno State trailed at the half for the third consecutive game.
- Fresno State won its first game when trailing at the half since Oct. 28, 2023 versus UNLV (trailed 17-7, won 31-24).
- Fresno State allowed zero points in the second half, shutting out its opponent in the second half for the first time since October 7, 2023 at Wyoming.
- Fresno State’s defense held Nevada to just two yards of total offense in the third quarter.
- Fresno State’s defense held its opponent to fewer than 300 yards in four of its last seven games. The last time the Bulldogs’ defense held five opponents to less than 300 yards in a season was 2018.
- Fresno State had multiple rushing touchdowns for the fourth time this season. The ‘Dogs had their most since scoring four against New Mexico State on Sept. 14.
- Fresno State had its longest scoring drive of the year, going 95-yards for the touchdown in the third quarter.
- Fresno State had just 20 passing attempts in the game, its fewest since having 20 in a 37-35 loss to Utah State in 2019.
- 139 of Fresno State’s 190 receiving yards came after the catch.
- Fresno State’s defense held Nevada QB Brendan Lewis to just 38 yards rushing, his third-lowest output of the season on the ground. Lewis came into the game with the third-most rushing yards by a QB in the FBS in 2024.
- Nevada ranked third in the MW and fifth in the nation with 18 explosive rushing plays (20 or more yards). Fresno State allowed zero.

Offense Notes:
- Mikey Keene completed his first eight passes of the game (82 yards). He finished 13-of-20 for 190 yards.
- Elijah GIlliam scored his fourth and fifth touchdown of the season.
- Gilliam had his first multi-score game of the season, and the third of his career.
- Gilliam had the longest play of his career with a 71-yard reception in the third quarter. The reception was the longest by a Bulldog running back since Jordan Mims had a 78-yarder against New Mexico in 2021.
- Gilliam had a career-high 74 yards receiving.
- Gilliam matched his career high in carries with 20, rushing for 66 yards.
- Freshman Bryson Donelson had over 50 yards on the ground for the second time this season, totaling 52 yards on nine carries.
- Raylen Sharpe caught a pass in his 33rd straight game.
- Joshua Wood scored his fourth rushing touchdown of the season with a 7-yard score in the third quarter. All four have been 10 yards or less.
Defense Notes:
- LB Malachi Langley entered the Top 10 for career tackles in Fresno State’s program history on Friday while tying his career high with 13 tackles.
- Langley led the team in tackles for the second time this season, and the second-straight game.
- Langley had double-digit tackles for the first time this season.
- Langley had a career-high 1.5 sack
- DE Devo Bridges had his first sack of the season, along with a season-high seven tackles.
- RL Miller got his first career start, this week as the Bulldogs’ nickel.
- Miller had a career-high seven tackles in his first career start.
- Dean Clark was disqualified from the game for targeting in the second quarter.
- Julian Neal had his first-career game with multiple pass breakups.

Special Teams Notes:
- Fresno State twice forced Nevada punter Guy Gillispe to pull back his punt attempts so they wouldn’t get blocked. Dean Clark forced the first with Kosi Agina tackling the punter. Agina forced the second with RL Miller tackling the punter.
- Clay Lawrence matched his season high with three punts inside the 20 with all three being fielded inside the 10.
- Cam Lockridge fielded Lawrence’s final two punts of the game, both coming ahead of Nevada’s final two possessions.
- Dylan Lynch converted on his first field goal attempt of the night, a 44-yarder.
