The meaning of the "Green V"
The "V" symbolizes Fresno State's connection to and pride for the San Joaquin Valley. The color green was selected to honor the importance of the agriculture industry in the Central Valley, which is the world’s richest agricultural area in export dollars.
The pride and tradition of the Bulldogs is, and always will be, rooted in the Central Valley.
