- Fresno State won its sixth of its last seven bowl games
- The Bulldogs finished the year with nine wins, its most since 2023
- Fresno State completed its fourth winning season in the last five years
- Fresno State held Miami to just three points, its fewest allowed to an opponent this season
- The three points were the fewest allowed to an opponent in a bowl game since a 3-0 win over Hawai’i in the 1941 Pineapple Bowl
- Fresno State’s 18 points were its fewest scored in a bowl win since 2003 (17-9 vs UCLA, Silicon Valley Bowl)
- Matt Entz becomes the second head coach to win a bowl game in their first season, joining Jeff Tedford (2017)
- Entz is the third head coach in Bulldog history to end his inaugural season with nine or more wins, joining Tim DeRuyter (9 in 2012) and Jeff Tedford (10 in 2017)
- With an announced attendance of 37,232 at the Arizona Bowl, it was the highest attended bowl game among Mountain West teams this season

- Fresno State’s three points allowed were its fewest in a bowl game since 1941
- Fresno State’s 192 yards of offense allowed were its fewest in a bowl game since 2022
- With four field goals, K Dylan Lynch tied the single bowl game program record (Jimmy Camacho, 2017 Hawai’i Bowl)
- Lynch set the program record with seven made career field goals in bowl games with his four today and three in the 2023 New Mexico Bowl
- Lynch has 27 career kicking points in bowl games, a new career program record for Fresno State

- WR Josiah Freeman had a career-high 143 yards
- Freeman had Fresno State’s first 100-yard receiving game of the season
- Freeman had his first career 100-yard receiving game
- Freeman had Fresno State’s second-longest pass reception of the season with a 51-yard catch in the third quarter
- Freeman finishes the season with a single season career-high 642 yards
- TE Richie Anderson III scored his third touchdown of the season

- CB Jakari Embry had his second interception of the season
- Embry also had his second career fumble recovery
- Seniors Camryn Bracha and Jadon Pearson led the Bulldogs with seven tackles apiece
