2020-21 (JUNIOR)

Fresno State's Junior Ballard averaged 7.2 points and 2.6 rebounds per game while shooting 34.9 percent (51-for-146) from the field and 33.6 percent (39-for-116) on 3-point field goal attempts during his first season playing for the Bulldogs in 2020-21.
Played in 23 games (19 starts) and averaged 25.3 minutes per contest in 2020-21.
Scored a season-high 18 points in Fresno State's 64-62 overtime home win over New Mexico (Jan. 22, 2021).

PRIOR TO FRESNO STATE: Played in 45 games (23 starts) during his first two collegiate seasons at Cal Poly … as a sophomore, played in 30 games (23 starts) and averaged 13.1 points, 3.7 rebounds, 1.4 assists and 1.0 steals per game during the 2019-20 season … biggest athletic thrill was scoring 32 points and leading Cal Poly to a 101-100 overtime win over Cal State Fullerton on Jan. 30, 2020, which was his first game after Kobe Bryant passed (Jan. 26, 2020) … as a freshman, appeared in 15 games and averaged 5.1 points and 2.7 rebounds in 15.1 minutes per game before suffering a season-ending injury prior to Cal Poly’s Jan. 19, 2019 game at UC Davis.

HIGH SCHOOL: Four-year letterwinner for Modesto Christian School in Modesto, Calif., … two-time All-Tri Valley League selection … averaged 16.4 points, 5.5 rebounds, 3.0 assists and 1.9 steals per game during 2017-18 senior season.
