Sarah Schneider joined the Fresno State equestrian staff on 2004 as an assistant coach for English competition.
Schneider, a 2004 graduate of Fresno State with a degree in psychology, was a member of the Bulldog equestrian team from 2001-03. She showed in both the English and Western divisions and had several top-three finishes in all of her collegiate competitions.Â
Under Schneider's direction, the Bulldog English squad won 2005 Region and Zone championship and placed 10th in the 2005 IHSA National Championships in Ohio. In 2003-04, Schneider served as an undergraduate assistant coach for the equestrian team, guiding the English riders to Regional and Zone championship titles and a sixth-place finish at the 2004 IHSA National Championships.
Schneider has shown extensively on the Hunter/Jumper circuit, acquiring many Hunter, Jumper and Equitation championship titles. In 1996, she was the Northern California Hunter Jumper Association high point medal rider.
