Chloe Sharp

Chloe Sharp joined the Fresno State coaching staff in 2025 as assistant coach. She is a Valley native out of Fresno and a former Bulldog track & field student-athlete.

Sharp began her collegiate career at Fresno Pacific, where she won a national title in the women’s 4x400m relay at the 2022 NCAA DII Championship (3:35.9). She was a six-time All-American and three-time All-PacWest selection with the Sunbirds.

She transferred to Fresno State in 2023, and was a member of the 4x400 relay team that qualified for the NCAA West First Round in 2024. She was on the Bulldogs’ relay team that medaled at the Mountain West Championships in 2024 with the second-fastest time in program history.

Outside of her track and field success, she is a CSES certified strength coach and helps train the cross country and distance student-athletes.

Sharp attended Clovis North High School. She and her husband Nick (Dodd) reside in Clovis. The two were collegiate athletes together at Fresno Pacific while Nick was a catcher for the Sunbirds’ baseball team.
