Kelli Eberlein was promoted to associate athletics director for sports medicine in January 2021.
Eberlein, who earned her bachelors' degree from Fresno State in physical education/athletic training in 1993, is now in her 18th season working for Fresno State Athletics. Eberlein is responsible for overseeing the administration of treatment, rehabilitation and evaluation of student-athletes for Fresno State's varsity intercollegiate programs, and has been instrumental in developing and overseeing COVID health and safety protocols for student-athletes and staff.Â

Before returning to work at her alma mater in Oct. 2003, Eberlein was an assistant athletic trainer at Oregon State responsible for the care and prevention of injuries for the Beavers' women's basketball, softball and women's soccer programs.
