2015-16 (SENIOR): Set a personal-best time in the 100 back (58.96) on Nov. 20 at the A3 Performance Invitational ... swam a personal-best in the 500 Freestyle (5:19.26) against Fresno Pacific and UC Santa Cruz ... placed third and swam personal-bests in the 100 IM (1:02.48) and the 100 Backstroke (1:00.54) at the Nevada meet on Oct. 31.
2013-14 (SOPHOMORE): Named to the 2014 Mountain West Spring Academic All-Conference team ... had a busy first year with the `Dogs, swimming in seven different events over the course of the season ... had a season-best time in the 200 Backstroke at the Mountain West Championships, with a swim of 2:08.91.
2012-13 (SANTA ROSA JUNIOR COLLEGE): Finished second in the 50 and 100 breaststroke and 200 IM at the Big 8 Conference championship ... finished third in the 50 breaststroke, fifth in the 100 breaststroke, and fifth in the 200 IM at the CCCAA State Championships last year.
HIGH SCHOOL: Four-year varsity swimmer at Maria Carrillo High ... team captain and MVP her senior year ... was an All-American in the 200 medley relay and the 400 freestyle relay.
PERSONAL: Parents are Hannah and Brian DeRousseau ... has one sister, Mikaela (22) ... enjoys camping, hiking and being outdoors ... favorite athlete is Apollo Ohno because of his work ethic and being a positive role model ... most admires her mom because of the sacrifices she makes to make others happy ... chose Fresno State because of the good Kinesiology program and the resources and opportunities it offers.
