2024-25 (SENIOR): Named team captain...three-time championship finalist in the 400 IM (5th, 4:16.59), 200 IM (8th, 2:01.40) and 200 fly (8th, 2:01.75) at Mountain West Championships...three-time All-MW selection...sits second in the programs all-time top ten in the 400 IM and eighth in the 100 breast...competed in eight meets...earned eight top-three finishes...saw two event wins in the 200 fly against San Jose State and CSUB/FPU...named CSC Academic All-District...season bests time - 100 FR (51.98), 100 BR (1:03.23), 200 BR (2:24.36), 100 FL (57.65), 200 FL (2:01.75), 200 IM (2:01.40), 400 IM (4:16.59)
2023-24 (JUNIOR): Broke the program record in the 200 IM at Mountain West Championships with a time of 2:01.16…Now holds the fastest time in program history in the 200 IM, the third fastest time in the 400 IM and the fifth fastest time in the 200 Butterfly…finalist in the 400 IM at MWC taking 5th place (4:17.25) and a two-time consolation finalist in the 200 Butterfly (10th, 2:01.06) and 200 IM (17th, 2:01.16)...named All-MW in the 400 IM...six event wins to the season 200 Fly (3x), 400 IM (2x) and 200 IM.
2022-23 (SOPHOMORE): Three-time finalist at Mountain West Championships in 200 Fly (2:03.57), 200 IM (2:02.35) and 400 IM (4:18.27)...400 IM was 4th fastest in the conference, a personal best and earned Sera an All Mountain West distinction individually…200 Fly was a season best and 200 IM was a personal best, with both being NICB cuts…named Academic All-Mountain West
2021-22 (FRESHMAN): Competed in the 500 Free (5:04.97) and placed 20th in a season-best time of 17:24.46 in the 1650 Free ... named Academic All-Mountain West ... tabbed Mountain West Scholar-Athlete.
HIGH SCHOOL: 2021 graduate of Cactus Shadows High School ... won the Division I state championship in Arizona in the 4x50 & 4x100 freestyle ... also swam for the Scottsdale Aquatic Club in Scottsdale, Ariz.
PERSONAL: Born in Phoenix, Ariz...raised in Cave Creek, Ariz...daughter to Luke and Amy Hanagan...has a younger sister, Kelly...is majoring in Kinesiology with an emphasis in Exercise Science...enjoys traveling...chose Fresno State because of the amazing opportunities that it has to offer and the amazing team environment.
