Grant Stevens joined the Fresno State baseball staff as an assistant coach ahead of the 2027 season after spending three seasons with the University of Oklahoma baseball program as a player and member of the Sooners' staff.

Stevens most recently worked in pitching development and analytics at Oklahoma, assisting with the program's day-to-day operations, bullpen development, pitching lab and recruiting. He also worked alongside the Sooners' head coach in overseeing bullpen sessions.

Prior to moving into his pitching development role, Stevens served as a graduate assistant for the Sooners, creating scouting reports for hitters and pitchers and overseeing the bullpen. Oklahoma advanced to an NCAA Regional Final during his season as a graduate assistant.

Stevens began his time in Norman as a player while pursuing his Master of Business Administration. Working as both a long reliever and starter, Stevens helped Oklahoma capture the Big 12 championship and advance to an NCAA Regional Final.

Before Oklahoma, Stevens played four seasons at the University of the Pacific from 2019-23. He earned his bachelor's degree in business administration with an emphasis in finance from Pacific before pursuing his MBA at Oklahoma.

Stevens also spent four years coaching with Alpha Meta Prime from 2021-25. During his time with the organization, he helped 25 players earn college commitments while gaining experience in player development, recruiting and practice planning.
