- Director of On-Campus Recruiting
Kelsey Tran brings experience in football operations and recruiting to Fresno State Football, supporting the program’s day-to-day administrative, recruiting, and event operations. Her background includes hands-on experience with NCAA football and recruiting procedures, along with skills in organization, communication, and operational support.
Tran joined Fresno State Football as an Operations and Recruiting Intern in August 2024. In her role, she assisted with daily operational responsibilities including scheduling, administrative organization, credentialing, and player personnel information. She also played an active role in hosting official visits, helping showcase Fresno State Football’s culture and traditions to prospective student-athletes and their families.
Tran has also expanded her football operations experience on the national level, working in Event and Hotel Operations for the Hula Bowl in Daytona Beach, Florida. There, she coordinated transportation and hotel logistics for players and staff while helping facilitate communication between media members, coaches, players, and professional scouts.
A Fresno State graduate, Tran earned her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with an emphasis in Sports Marketing in May 2026, graduating summa cum laude.
