Fresno - The Fresno State men?s soccer exhibition Friday night was a close one. The elder Alumni squad matched intensity and athleticism with their younger counterparts ? for the first 35 minutes ? before succumbing 1-6 to the Bulldogs Saturday night.

Fresno State Alumnus Sebastian Guillian even gave the crowd at Bulldog Stadium moments of concern for their 1999 Bulldogs when he rocked the back of the net to place the Alumni squad up 1-0.

But shortly there after, current Bulldogs Ron Davis and Danny Risch awoke to fire off a combined 12 shots and find net five times. Davis rocked the right goal post on his hat trick making goal after receiving a lead ball from midfielder Gabe Provenza in the contest?s 85th minute.

The Bulldogs will see their next action when they confront cross-town rival Fresno Pacific Wednesday night in Bulldog Stadium at 7 p.m.
