--- The win snaps Fresno State's four-game losing streak against UTEP. The Miners still lead the all-time series 5-4.
--- Lindsay Logan had eight assists to run her season total to 150 on the season, only 20 shy of the single-season record. She is averaging a WAC-best 6.81 per game.
--- Tiffany Lewis scored 18 of her 20 points in the second half, tying her season-high for points. She also had seven rebounds and five steals.
--- The Bulldogs held UTEP to only 36 percent shooting from the floor. The Miners' 47 points was the least an FS opponent has scored since Drexel tallied 47 on Dec. 30.
--- Fresno State is now 8-1 in games where it holds its opponent to 65 points or less.
--- After shooting only 30 percent in the first half (9 of 30), the Bulldogs connected on 7 of their first 9 shots in the second half. They finished hitting on 58 percent of their second half shots. Conversely, UTEP made only 9 of 31 shots in the second half (29 percent).
--- The win was only the third time in 11 chances this season Fresno State has won a game it trailed at half.
--- FS was able to keep UTEP's Amy Pack in check for most of the game. She ended with 12 points, most of which came late after the Bulldogs had established a large lead. Pack went for 30 points in the last contest between UTEP and Fresno State, which the Miners won 66-61 in overtime.
--- Fresno State made 9 of 10 free throws, its best percentage since the perfect 16 of 16 night Nov. 27 against Boston University.
--- Tiffany Simon started her fifth consecutive game and ninth overall. She scored seven points and tabbed six rebounds.
--- Lindsay Logan played 38 minutes in the game, moving her season average to 37.1 per game. She is even more tireless in WAC games, averaging 37.9. Both marks are tops in the conference.
