Swimming and Diving Holding Strong at No. 4

FORT COLLINS, Colo. - The Fresno State swimming and diving team is currently in fourth place at the Colorado State "Early Bird" Invitational, with 156 points.

Leading the way for the 'Dogs was senior sprinter, Jesie Lewis. She clocked 24.67 in the 50 free. Also, the 200 free relay team (Melissa Johnson, Minja Mickelesen, Jennifer Palmberg and Jesie Lewis) clocked a third-place time of 1:39.81. In diving, sophomore Nicole Recupito recorded a score of 189.35 to finish seventh.

The Bulldogs take to their lanes again today, Saturday, Oct. 20, at 9 a.m.
