After an untimely AOL update that took seven minutes (shut down my computer), the score was tied 16-16 before Florida State now has a 17-16 advantage. At 12-8, Verwey notched her 25th kill (a new career high). Florida State went on to tie the game four times (13-13, 14-14, 15-15, 16-16) before taking the lead and serving for game point.
Florida State pulls out win with a kill in the deep left hand side of the court, winning 18-16.
