Volleyball Meet the Team Activities

FRESNO, Calif. - Fresno State volleyball, which is in its final week of two-a-days preseason practice, will be showcased on Saturday, Aug. 24, with "Meet the Team" activities.
From 1:00 p.m.- 2:30 p.m., the Bulldog volleyball team will be signing posters at Fashion Fair Mall in the annual "Meet the Team." Schedule cards, games and pictures with Time Out will be available to the general public free of charge.
That afternoon at 4:00 p.m., the 2002 Fresno State volleyball team will play an intersquad "Red vs. Blue" scrimmage in the North Gym. At 5:00 p.m., the Bulldog alumni will take on local media personalities, including local radio station Alice 102.7 FM with morning show host Laurie West of the morning show Charlee Simons and Laurie West as well as lunch and afternoon disc jockeys Chris Blood and Stephen Car, and KGPE-TV 47 sports director George Takata and weather personality Alita Loresca. Admission is free.
Those in attendance are welcome to stay after for the SideOut Club social at 6:15 p.m. Food and beverages are available via donations.
