CORVALLIS, Ore. - Fresno State made a late run winning the last four events but could not outlast the Beavers losing 134-120.
Fresno State's first win came in the 100 Back when Carolyn Wigginton placed first with a time of 58. 24. The Bulldogs would scatter their next four wins.
The 200 Breast was Fresno State's next win by Greer McGettrick and her time of 2:25.72.
The Bulldogs would dominate the 100 Butterfly taking the first three places Kristi Collins was the top dog with a time of 1:00.39.
Fresno State again filled the next three places in the 400 Individual Medley. Bethany Starkweather was the first place finisher with a time of 4:40.56.
In the last race the 400 Freestyle Relay Carolyn Wigginton, Melissa Johnson, Jessica Klenner and Lindsay Palmberg recorded a winning time of 3:37.86.
Seven Bulldogs recorded personal best in various events.
The Bulldogs return to action Saturday, Feb. 1, at noon when they play host to San Diego State.
