Josh Hannah put together a school record 38-game hitting streak that spanned two seasons (1997-1998) ... Robnett's streak began March 20 against Cal State Fullerton where he went 2-4 with an RBI ... He is batting .465 (47-101) for the stretch that includes 15 multi-hit games ... Robnett has reached base safely the last 30 games beginning March 11, 2004 against Dallas Baptist ... Robnett has also hit safely in a WAC-best 23 straight games in conference play ... Nevada's Jacob Butler had a 20-game hitting streak earleir this season (second longest in WAC).

Robnett is 6 shy of tying the single season doubles record at Fresno State ... Derek Feramisco collected 28 two baggers in 1997 ... ... Ryan Haag is third in the WAC with 17 ... The Bulldogs have tallied 121 two base hits through the first 52 games (2.3/gm) of 2004 including seven against San Jose State May 8 (one shy of tying the school record) ... With Christian Vitters' stolen base Friday night at Hawai'i, Fresno State has now recorded a WAC-best 72 stolen bases this year ... The season total is the highest since 1991 when the club swiped 91 bags ... The 1989 Bulldogs hold the school record with 102 ... Richie Robnett paces the league with 21 stolen bases and Ryan Haag is third with 16.
