"It was a tough day for all teams because of the poor weather," head coach Mike Watney said. "I am so proud of our guys for hanging in there and pulling through. In the end, we beat schools in our region, which was nice. We're looking forward to a little break before we head to San Diego."
Fresno State next plays in San Diego State's Barona Collegiate Cup Oct. 24-25.
