FRESNO, Calif. - After falling to Nevada 3-1 at the Save Mart Center last weekend, the Fresno State volleyball team looks to return the favor taking on the WolfPack in Reno, Nev., on Thursday at 7 p.m. The Bulldogs (5-11, 2-5 WAC) are 2-1 in WAC road matches this season.
"I think it's great that we get to play them twice in a row," said head coach Lauren Netherby-Sewell. "They are so fresh in our mind and they will probably have a similar game plan since they did so well against us. We are going to make the slight adjustments that we think we need to be successful."
Nevada (8-9, 3-4 WAC), is just a match ahead of the Bulldogs in the conference standings and have won six-straight matches vs. the Bulldogs. Fresno State does lead the overall series 17-15.
This is the first road match since Sept. 25 for Fresno State and the second-straight match against the WolfPack. The match can viewed on live stats at www.nevadawolfpack.com at match time and live streaming is available for a fee at the same location.
