FRESNO, Calif.- The Fresno State women's swimming team will compete in the third annual Mustang Invitational of Cal Poly San Luis Obispo Friday-Saturday, Dec. 5-6, 2008, to face the Mustangs of Cal Poly and the Matadors of California State University, Northridge in the team's second and final invitational of the season. The diving team will continue practice during this bye week.

Host team Cal Poly enters this weekend's meet with a 1-1 record after a dual meet victory against UC Santa Barbara Nov. 22, The Matadors of Cal State Northridge are 0-2 after finishing 16th in the Nike Cup, a three-day event held in Long Beach, Calif., in late November.

"Join the State - Fresno State!" - The Fresno State swimming and diving team dives into action Friday-Saturday, Dec. 5-6, 2008, on the campus of Cal Poly San Luis Obispo at the Mustang Invitational.
