Sydney Coletti Named GoBulldogs.com Athlete of the Week

| Sophomore Sydney Coletti was named gobulldogs.com Student Athlete of the Week. She is undefeated this season with two wins, two MVP honors, and one tie. This is Coletti's second year as a student-athlete at Fresno State and she competes in the Reining event for the equestrian team. After earning MVP honors in the opening Alumni Scrimmage in September, Coletti traveled with the 'Dogs to Auburn, Alabama to compete against Delaware State and the No.2 Auburn Tigers. During the first match against the Hornets, Coletti rode for a high score of 73 and defeated her opponent by 12.5 points to help lead the 'Dogs to a victory over Delaware State. Coletti earned MVP honors for the second time this season for this ride. She entered the show pen the following day to compete against the defending champions and tied her opponent with a score of 70. Coletti's average Reining competition score so far this season is a 72.
