Bulldogs' Road Trip Continues
The Fresno State lacrosse team is back on the road after opening the season with back-to-back road games. The Bulldogs are now turning their attention toward Oregon in this MPSF league game in Eugene, Ore. Fresno State is 0-2 so far this season.
Scouting The Ducks
Despite leading for most of the second half of its season-opener against No. 20 Hofstra, Oregon couldn't pull of the victory and fell 12-11 on Sunday. Bina Barrett scored a career-high five goals, and Jana Drummond added four goals, as the Ducks nearly posted the program's first win over a ranked foe since the 2008 season.

The Ducks are 3-0 all-time against Fresno State and each victory has been by 12 goals or more, including last season's 18-6 win in Fresno.
Last Time Out
Despite a three-goal effort by freshman Rachel Minarovich, the Bulldogs were overwhelmed by UC Davis on Saturday and fell 21-5 at Aggie Stadium. Sophomore Amanda Cross added two goals for the Bulldogs, pushing her season total to four. She also recorded an assist. The Aggies outshot Fresno State 45-6.
A Look Back At Year 2
The Bulldogs experienced undeniable growth during the 2010 season. Indeed, Fresno State improved in many statistical categories from its first season in 2009. Krisdina Gehring became the first Fresno State lacrosse player to earn all conference honors as she earned second-team All-Mountain Pacific Sports Federation as a defender last season. Gehring was second in the conference in caused turnovers a game at 1.93. She had 27 total caused turnovers which was a team-best.
"We Are Your Team!"-- When the Bulldogs play their home-opener March 7 against Bryant, the first 100 fans through the gate will get a free Fresno State lacrosse T-shirt. The team will also be available for autographs following the game.
