Dogs at Idaho in WAC Road Game

MOSCOW, Idaho - After a week off, the Bulldogs return to action with their last road game in the league at Idaho. The Vandals enter the game in fourth place in the conference standings and can solidify a top four finish and first round WAC tournament bye with a victory. Fresno State is looking for its second WAC road win of the season. Fresno State defeated Cal State Bakersfield in its last road contest. The Dogs are looking for wins in their final two regular season games to reach the .500 mark on the season.

About the Vandals
Idaho concludes its WAC schedule with Thursday's game, becoming the first WAC school to complete the 16-game league schedule. Senior guard Jeff Ledbetter leads the team in scoring, 12.4 ppg and steals, 1.36. He makes three treys per game, second among all WAC players and 15th most in the nation. Idaho has been the only team in the WAC to beat No. 21 Utah State this season, earning a win at the Cowan Spectrum last month. The Vandals lead the WAC and rank 22nd in the NCAA in three-point goal percentage and are also the league's best at defending three point shots.

Fresno State is 6-8 all-time against Idaho in a series that began in 1927. The Dogs have lost six straight to the Vandals dating back to the 2007-08 season.
Big Events Planned for Final Home Game
The Dogs play their final home game of the season on Saturday night as part of a season-ending Bulldog doubleheader with the women's team. The Bulldog women will host rival Nevada at 6 p.m. followed by the men's game. Fresno State welcomes approximately 20 current NFL stars and former Bulldog greats who will be honored during halftime. The Dogs are in town to help kickoff the 2011 season ticket campaign as well as tickets for the season opener vs. Cal at Candlestick Park in San Francisco. Fans can get tickets for the women's game for $6 and that ticket is good for both game if purchased prior to halftime of the women's game. In addition, five Bulldog fans will win flat screen TVs during the in-game promotional activities. Fresno State will honor five women's basketball seniors and lone Bulldog men's player, Ned Golubovic, who will be playing their final home game at the Save Mart Center.
