• Redshirt sophomore forward Jerry Brown III scored a career-high 17 points, including a 9-for-13 night at the free throw line, and added seven rebounds - one shy of his career-high eight boards.
• Sophomore guard Kevin Olekaibe, who is averaging 18.4 points per game through Fresno State's first 20 contests this season to lead the Western Athletic Conference, scored 14 points to up his career total to 698 in 49 games in a Bulldog uniform over the past year and a half. It marked his 16th game this season he registered double-digits scoring.
• Fresno State improved to 7-0 when holding an opponent to under 60 points this season.
• Fresno State improved to 4-0 when outrebounding its opponent this season.
• Fresno State forced CS San Marcos to commit 18 turnovers while the Bulldogs only made 12 in the game and upped its WAC-leading turnover margin to +3.00 per game. It was the 16th time in 20 games that the Bulldogs committed fewer turnovers than their opponent.
