'Dogs Start Homestand with Seattle U

FRESNO, Calif. --- Fresno State returns to the Save Mart Center on Thursday night at 7 p.m. PT to face Seattle University and begin a four-game homestand. All senior citizens (age 55 and older) will receive $5 tickets to Thursday's game at the Save Mart Center Box Office.
The 'Dogs then close the regular season by hosting Nevada (Feb. 25), Louisiana Tech (March 1) and New Mexico State (March 3). You can listen to the Bulldogs all season on the radio dial at KMJ 580 AM.

New Center Court Ticket Package for $21 on Saturday Nights
For the Bulldogs' games against Nevada (2/25) and New Mexico State (3/3), our new Center Court Ticket Package is on sale now. For $21, fans receive a ticket in one of our Center Court Sections (109,110,122,and 123), a hot dog and a medium size soda. This package must be purchased in advance through the Save Mart Center Box Office and supplies are limited.
Olekaibe Lighting Up the Nets
Even as teams gameplan to stop him, Bulldogs' guard Kevin Olekaibe is a scoring machine or opens up the offense for his teammates. He ranks sixth among NCAA DI sophomore scorers and sits second in the WAC at 17.5 points per game. This season, Olekaibe has scored in double-digits in 21 games, reached at least 20 points ten times and topped the 25-point mark seven times. Olekaibe is fifth in the nation in 3-point field goal attempts (226).
'Dogs Picked 6th, 7th in Preseason WAC Polls
The Bulldogs know they have some work to do to exceed the expectations of the WAC head coaches and media, who picked the Fresno State men's basketball team to finish sixth and seventh, respectively, in the 2011-12 preseason selections. Nevada and Utah State were tabbed as the early frontrunners by the coaches and media.
LAST GAME: 'Dogs Rally to Take Down Matadors for Biggest Road Win of the Year
Fresno State chipped away from a nine-point deficit, stifled a potent Matador attack and pounded its way to a 62-49 road non-conference victory over Cal State Northridge on Saturday evening. Bulldogs junior forward Kevin Foster tallied 17 points and seven rebounds in just 24 minutes to help rally Fresno State from a nine-point second half deficit. The 'Dogs held the Matadors to just 9.1 percent shooting (2-22) after halftime.
George Picked for 2012 NBA All-Star Dunk Contest, Rising Stars Challenge
Indiana Pacers guard Paul George was named Thursday as a participant in the 2012 Sprite Slam Dunk Contest as part of NBA All-Star 2012. George was also named as a participant in the BBVA Rising Stars Challenge, to be held on the Friday night of All-Star Weekend. George, a former Bulldog who was tabbed by Sports Illustrated as the West's Most Entertaining Player in College Basketball in 2010, became the top overall pick in program history when NBA legend Larry Bird drafted him No. 10 overall in the 2010 NBA Draft.
Fresno State to Host 2012 NCAA Women's Basketball Regional
All-Session Tickets are also on-sale for the NCAA Women's Basketball Fresno Regional Semifinals on Mar. 24, 2012 and the Fresno Regional Finals on Mar. 26. Adult tickets are $50, student and youth tickets are $25 or family plans are $99, which includes 2 adult and 2 youth all-session tickets.
