Bulldogs Host Blue Devils

FRESNO, Calif. - The Fresno State women's lacrosse team returns home to play in Bulldog Stadium on Thursday, March 22 at 3:00 p.m. against Central Connecticut before heading to the east coast next week.
The 'Dogs fell to San Diego State in their first Mountain Pacific Sports Federation game on Tuesday, but take the loss as a learning experience and will continue to capitalize on the little things.
Central Connecticut is 2-3 this season with three road losses and two home wins. Junior Mackenzy Ryan leads the Blue Devils offense with 10 goals and four caused turnovers.
Fresno State is 1-3 and is led in scoring by sophomore Briana Hetherington with nine goals, and one assist. Defensively the Bulldogs are led by goalkeeper Katie Wilbur who has 40 saves this season.
The Bulldogs head to Florida next week and return home Tuesday, April 3 against Stanford at 6 p.m. in Bulldog Stadium.
