Bulldogs Versus Ducks

FRESNO, Calif. - The Fresno State women's lacrosse team is headed north to take on Oregon and continue conference play on Friday, April 6 at 4 p.m.
The 'Dogs struggled defensively against Stanford last Tuesday evening, falling 20-3 in Bulldog Stadium but despite a first half struggle they came back fighting second half holding the Cardinal to only five goals.
Oregon is 7-4 this season with four road losses, three road wins and two wins at home. Sophomore Shannon Propst leads the Ducks offense with 19 goals and 14 assists. Goalkeeper Caroline Federighi has had 75 saves this season on 78 shots, leading Oregon's defense.
Fresno State is 2-6 and still led in scoring by Briana Hetherington with 13 goals, two assists and three caused turnovers.
Following Oregon, the Bulldogs head to Berkeley to take on California on Tuesday, April 10 at 1 p.m.
