Eight `Dogs Earn MPSF Academic Honors

WOODLAND, Calif. - Mountain Pacific Sports Federation announced the All-Academic Scholar-Athletes for the 2012 women's lacrosse season. Fresno State lacrosse had eight student-athletes earn the award this season.
The Bulldogs had one senior, a sophomore and six juniors recognized by the MPSF. Paula Badali, Lauren Natale and Kasandra Martinson earned the accolade for the second year in a row.
To qualify for the distinction the student-athletes needed to achieve a 3.0 or better cumulative GPA, be at least a sophomore academically, completed one full academic year at the institution prior to the season, and competed in 50 percent of the institution's competitions.
