Holden Leads 'Dogs on 3-Meter in LA

LOS ANGELES -- Fresno State's three divers competed on the 3-meter springboard on Friday afternoon at the Trojan Diving Invitational at the at the Uytengsu Aquatics Center on the campus of USC.
Shelbie Holden was the top finisher for the `Dogs with an 18th place finish. The sophomore from Carmichael, Calif., scored 226.25. Noelle Farrer finished 23rd with a total of 212.85 points and Lacie Ruth finished 26th with a score of 192.15.
USC senior Haley Ishimatsu won the 3-meter event with a score of 338.20.
The trio of `Dogs will compete on the 1-meter board on Saturday at 11 a.m., when the Trojan Diving Invitational continues.
