'Dogs ready for ITA Northwest Regionals

Play beings on Friday at 9 a.m. at Tauble Family Tennis Stadium in Stanford, Calif.
FRESNO, Calif. - For the 10th straight season, Stanford will be the host site for the ITA Northwest Regional Championships as play gets underway Friday at Taube Family Tennis Stadium.
In addition to Fresno State, the ITA's Northwest Region is comprised of California, Cal Poly, Eastern Washington, Fresno State, Gonzaga, Oregon, Pacific, Portland, Portland State, Sacramento State, Saint Mary's, San Francisco, San Jose State, Santa Clara, Seattle, Stanford, UC Davis, Washington and Washington State.
Representing Fresno State will be senior Galina Bykova, sophomore Emma Wilson and freshman Georgia Lawson, Juliane Triebe, Katerina Stloukalova and Abbey Watanabe. Stloukalova was given a No. 9 seed in the singles main draw.
Friday's action begins at 9 a.m. with the first two rounds of singles and the opening slate of doubles. Saturday will see two rounds of action in both singles and doubles which will set up Sunday's quarterfinals. Semifinals for singles and doubles will be played on Monday, before the championship matches on Tuesday.
This year's ITA Northwest Regional Championships will be live streamed by FloTennis. FloTennis is a branch of FloSports, a direct-to-consumer, subscription-based, sports media company. Tournament results can also be found here.
