• The Bulldogs will conclude the fall portion of their schedule with the Las Vegas Collegiate Showdown this week; the fourth and final event until the spring season.
• Fresno State will return to action on Feb. 27-28, 2017 at the Gold Rush Invitational, hosted by Long Beach State.
• This year's trip to the Las Vegas Collegiate Showdown marks the sixth consecutive season that the Bulldogs will have played at UNLV's annual event.
• Fresno State's top finish at UNLV's event is ninth, in 2014.
• Despite finishing 14th (of 19) in 2015, Fresno State set the program record for the 54-hole tournament low with a 12-under-par 852. The team also set the record for its lowest single round (round 3) with a 9-under-par 279.
• Returning the 2016 edition are three Bulldogs that competing a season ago – Gudrun Bjorgvinsdottir (T-45), Mimi Ho (T-53) and Joanna Kim (T-86).
• Mimi Ho's single-round career-low 67 was set at last year's LV Collegiate Showdown.
• Golfstat ranked Fresno State No. 79 in its first poll released this season (Oct. 18).
• 13 of the 19 teams at the Las Vegas Collegiate Showdown are ranked inside the Golfstat top 100, led by Texas (14), Baylor (29) and San Diego State (31).
• Weather at the Las Vegas Collegiate Showdown on Sunday (High 84F, Low 64F) is forecasted to have a 20 percent chance of rain and 10-15 mph winds; Monday (High 74F, Low 59F) is forecasted to have a 60 percent chance of rain and 10-15 mph winds; Tuesday (High 78F, Low 59F) is forecasted to have a zero percent chance of rain and 5-10 mph winds.
