• The Bulldogs conclude a week-long road trip of two tournaments in one week with the Ron Moore Women's Intercollegiate this Friday-Sunday. After this weekend, the 'Dogs will have played 108 holes in seven days.
- One tournament will await the 'Dogs, Oct. 23-25, before they wrap up their fall schedule following this week-long road trip – the Las Vegas Collegiate Showdown.
• The 'Dogs competed at the 2015 edition of the Ron Moore Women's Intercollegiate and placed eighth of 18 teams (294-302-295=891) at 27-over-par.
• Of the five Bulldogs at the 2015 Ron Moore Women's Intercollegiate, Gudrun Bjorgvinsdottir, Mimi Ho and Joanna Kim return as members of the 2016 lineup. Bjorgvinsdottir had the best finish of that group, tying for 30th (75-73-73=221) at 5-over-par.
• Last time out, Fresno State finished as the runner-up at the Johnie Imes Invitational, hosted by Missouri. The 'Dogs carded an even-par 288 final round to hold steady in second place, backing up their 36-hole 3-over-par finish that left them in the same position.
• Four of the five Bulldogs in action placed in the top 25 of the 81-player field in Missouri (Wang, Bjorgvinsdottir, Simonsen and Ho).
• Yifei Wang led Fresno State with a career tournament to start the week, the sophomore recorded her best finish (T-8th), lowest 54-hole score (even-par 216) and lowest single round (4-under-par 68) at the Johnie Imes Invitational.
• Gudrun Bjorgvinsdottir tied for 15th at the Johnie Imes Invitational with a 2-over-par 218, marking the sixth straight event she has placed in the top 15 dating back to last season.
