Lacrosse Legacy Awards Dinner set for May 18

FRESNO, Calif. - The Fresno State women's lacrosse team will hold its inaugural Lacrosse Legacy Awards Dinner on May 18 at Sunnyside Country Club.
"This season has certainly been our best yet in many ways," Fresno State head coach Jessica Giglio said. "Not only have we broken individual records, but we have come together to break team records. I am proud of this team for seeing the big picture and improving all facets of our play. We are growing each year and want to make lacrosse an amazing experience for the Red Wave, along with our student-athletes.
"Having the Fresno State community come to our dinner and support the Fresno State Lacrosse Legacy will only strengthen this sport and team. We hope to see many of our fans attend the event and get a real sense for how great this team is."
Tickets are $65 per person and fans can sponsor a table of 10 for $1,000.
The evening will begin at 6 p.m. PT with a cocktail hour and silent auction, followed by dinner and a live auction at 7 p.m.
Live auction items include a San Francisco 49ers package (tickets, parking pass, pre-game tailgate pass and signed helmet from Dwight Clark) and an Oakland Raiders package (hotel, tickets, pre-game on-field passes and autographed Bill Romanowski jersey).
