A National College Baseball Hall of Fame National Pitcher of the Year candidate, Lambert won 10 of his first 13 starts of the season as all three of his no-decisions were extra-inning affairs (March 12 at #3 Texas A&M, April 9 at New Mexico & May 7 vs. SDSU).
