24 HOUR FLASH SALE: Fresno State vs. Oregon Men’s Basketball Tickets
10/15/2017 4:24:00 PM | Men's Basketball
A special 24 hour flash sale of single game upper bowl tickets for Fresno State’s Dec. 16 home men’s basketball game vs. Oregon will go on sale on Monday at 10 a.m. PT for $15.
FRESNO, Calif. --- With exactly two months until the Fresno State men's basketball team hosts the Oregon Ducks, who played in the 2017 Final Four, the Bulldog Ticket Office through www.Ticketmaster.com will hold a 24 hour flash sale of $15 upper bowl tickets for the Dec. 16 non-conference game at the Save Mart Center. The sale will start on Monday at 10 a.m. PT and end on Tuesday at 10 a.m. PT.
The upper bowl tickets will only be available online through www.Ticketmaster.com. Fans wanting to purchase lower bowl tickets to the game need to visit the Bulldog Ticket Office at the northeast corner of the Save Mart Center or call 559-278-DOGS (and then press "1") to secure season ticket packages, one of two 6-game mini-plans, which both include the Dec. 16 home game versus Oregon, or group tickets.
"I think we have a very competitive schedule," Fresno State head coach Rodney Terry said. "We are going to see a lot of different styles of play that we will have to compete with as we prepare for conference play. We have a lot of respect for Oregon. They are not rebuilding. They are an established program and every year they have the chance to be one of the best teams in the country."
Fresno State, who returns two All-Mountain West honorees in senior guard Jaron Hopkins and junior guard Deshon Taylor, is building off its second straight postseason appearance and third in the last four seasons. Fresno State and Oregon are two of the eight programs in the West to play in either the NCAA Tournament or NIT in each of the past two seasons.
One of Fresno State's mantras has been rooted in its pride in defending its home floor. Over the course of the last three seasons, Fresno State is 40-7 overall at home (85.1 percent home winning percentage) and the Bulldogs own the best home conference record in the MW at 23-4.
The excitement and buzz for the start of the 2017-18 season has already led to a sellout of the Bulldogs' annual Tip Off Dinner, which will be hosted by the program's Timeout Club on Oct. 23 at Copper River Country Club. The crowd of 300 confirmed guests is the largest for the event since 2003.
Fresno State will then host two exhibition contests on Oct. 30 and Nov. 3 before opening the season at home for the third straight season. The Bulldogs tip off the regular season on Nov. 10 at 5 p.m. PT versus UC Santa Cruz.
Season ticket packages, mini-plans and group tickets are currently on sale through the Bulldog Ticket Office at the northeast corner of the Save Mart Center or by calling 559-278-DOGS (and then pressing "1"). Season ticket packages start at $149 while 6-game mini plans start as low as $78 and group outings start as low as $8 per ticket.
