Notes:
• On Tuesday morning, the Bulldogs are set to tee off the second tournament of four this fall.
• The Bulldogs' event two lineup will feature senior Mimi Ho, sophomore Hayden Mammen and three freshmen, Emma Larsson, Alison Muirhead and Brigitte Thibault. Four of the five playing this week, played in the season's first tournament – Larsson is set for her collegiate debut.
• Ho led the Bulldogs individually last time out, aided by a strong opening 36 holes (73-71) on Sept. 11 at UNM. Ho placed tied for 33rd out of the 99 competitors in the field with a 54-hole 5-over-par 221.
• Thibault fired the 'Dogs first score in the 60's this season, a 3-under-par 69 in round three on the UNM Championship Golf Course.
• The event this week is the first-ever Coeur d'Alene Resort Collegiate Invitational. The last stroke play tournament Gonzaga hosted was the Circling Raven Invitational in September of 2011. That event was also the last event the Zags hosted in the state of Idaho.
• In addition to Fresno State, there are two Mountain West women's golf programs among the 18 in action – Colorado State and New Mexico. The 'Dogs also met the Lobos in the season opener.
• There are four teams competing against the 'Dogs this week that placed inside the top 50 of the final 2017 Golfstat poll. Nine teams were inside the top 100.
• Weather at the Coeur d'Alene Resort Collegiate Invitational on Tuesday (High 68F, Low 46F) is forecasted to have a 10 percent chance of rain and light winds; Wednesday (High 71F, Low 48F) is forecasted to have a 10 percent chance of rain and light winds.
