Notes:

Fresno State finished play at its annual home-hosted tournament, the Nick Watney Invitational, on Tuesday, Oct. 2. The Bulldogs finished sixth out of 12 teams.
All nine golfers competed for Fresno State in the tournament, some competing as independents, including three freshman making their collegiate debuts in Griffin Cooper (RS), Seldon Doyle and Tommy Stephenson.
Fresno State had seven out of nine golfers, including independents, shoot at or under par in the final round and finished with a final tally of 5-under-par 283 on the day after finishing at 6-under-par 282 in round two.
Sophomore Michael Cliff and freshman Tommy Stephenson led the 'Dogs on the scorecard, both posting a 2-under-par 214 to tie for 15^th place.
Seniors Alex Lee and Cody Riecks (RS) both finished at an even-par 216 in the tournament to tie for 22^nd place.
The Nick Watney Invitational was Fresno State's second tournament of the season. The 'Dogs teed off their 2018-19 season at the Inverness Intercollegiate in Toledo, Ohio, where they finished 11th out of 12 teams.
Cal will host the Alister Mackenzie Invitational for the 16th time since hosting the inaugural event in 2002 – a tournament the Bulldogs won (841) behind Nick Watney's top individual finish of 13-under-par (200).
In 2017, Cal won its home-hosted tournament for the ninth time in 10 seasons.
Last season, the Bulldogs finished ninth out of 16 teams at the Alister Mackenzie Invitational.
Weather at the tournament on Monday (High 81F, Low 49F) is forecasted to have a two percent chance of rain and 5-10 mph winds. Tuesday is expected to see a drop in temperature (High 72F, Low 50F) with a four percent chance of rain and 10-15 mph winds.
