Fresno State Athletics, ABC30 partner on new weekly Bulldog Breakdown show

ABC30, the No. 1 television station in the Fresno-Visalia market, is the new home of Fresno State Athletics, with the first episode of Bulldog Breakdown set to air on Aug. 2.
FRESNO, Calif. – Two of the biggest brands in the Valley have teamed up as ABC30 has become the official new home of Fresno State Athletics and will create an exciting new weekly show featuring highlights, exclusive interviews and the best stories of Fresno State's athletic programs and student-athletes.
Bulldog Breakdown – the new official weekly show of Fresno State Athletics, produced in collaboration with Bulldog Sports Properties (BSP) of Learfield IMG College – will debut on ABC30 on Sunday, Aug. 2 after the NBA on ABC, and then air weekly on Sunday nights at 5 p.m. PT.
Bulldog Breakdown will be hosted by ABC30's Stephen Hicks and Bri Mellon, and will shine a spotlight on the accomplishments of Fresno State student-athletes, coaches, staff and alumni, and the impact they make throughout the region and beyond.
"On behalf of our partnership with Fresno State Athletics, our Bulldog Sports Properties (BSP) team is excited to join forces with ABC30 to tell great stories, engage our fans and partners, and work side-by-side with the undisputed broadcast leader in the Valley," said Zachary Fraser, the new general manager of BSP. "Our athletes, our coaches, and our teams will be in more homes, on more devices, and our fans will have a greater understanding of the incredible human beings who make up the Bulldog Athletics family."
The new partnership between Fresno State Athletics, ABC30 and BSP further expands the Bulldogs' brand throughout the San Joaquin Valley on the highest rated television broadcast station in the Fresno-Visalia market.
ABC30 reaches, on average, over 860,000 adults (18+) per week, including over 700,000 viewers between the ages of 18 and 54, and over 550,500 households per month.

The new partnership will also feature exclusive content made available digitally on both ABC30's website (abc30.com) as well as their social media channels and the ABC30 connected TV app. In addition to ABC30's website and digital channels, the content will be available on Fresno State official athletics sites, social media channels, and other official channels as they are developed in the future. ABC30 leads the market with the most followers on its social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter), providing expanded opportunities for Fresno State fans and brands everywhere to engage with the Bulldog brand.
