’Dogs to tee off with Watney Invite

The Fresno State men’s golf program is scheduled to return to the links for five regular season tournaments this spring before heading to Tucson National for the 2021 Mountain West Championships.
FRESNO, Calif. – The Fresno State men's golf team is scheduled to tee off its 2021 spring schedule when the Bulldogs host the Nick Watney Invitational on Feb. 8-9 at Sunnyside Country Club in Fresno.
"We are very excited for our upcoming 2021 spring season and look forward to competing at familiar locations," Fresno State head coach Chad Spencer said. "Our players have been working hard. We have some firepower on our roster and it will be nice to see how we battle throughout this spring."
Fresno State is slated to play in five spring tournaments, including a total of three in California, one in Oregon and one in Washington, before heading to Tucson National in Arizona for the 2021 Mountain West Championships, which will be held April 30-May 1.

March 7-9: 2021 Bandon Dunes Championship, hosted by Gonzaga (Bandon Trails – Bandon, Ore.)
March 29-30: 2021 Chambers, hosted by Seattle U (Chambers GC – Seattle, Wash.)
April 10-12: El Macero Classic, hosted by UC Davis (El Macero CC – Davis, Calif.)
April 30-May 1: Mountain West Championships (Tucson National – Tucson, Ariz.)
