Bulldogs compete at MW Championships

ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. – Following four meets in California, the Fresno State cross country teams traveled to altitude this week, competing in Albuquerque at the 2021 Mountain West Cross Country Championships at the UNM North Campus Golf Course. Without its top runners on both of their teams, the Bulldogs finished eighth and 11th, respectively.
The men were led by senior Matthew Founds who placed 49th with a time of 25:06.3. On the women's side, sophomore Mia Jauregui finished 73rd at 22:59.3. Freshman Morgan Hutchison was six spots behind her with a time of 23:33.4.
