Tykha wraps up NCAA Zone Diving

FLAGSTAFF, Ariz. – Fresno State diver Yuliya Tykha closed out the NCAA Zone E Diving Championship with 16th place finishes on 1-Meter and 3-Meter, after advancing to the finals of both events on Tuesday afternoon.
The junior represented the Bulldogs at the NCAA Zone E Diving Championship for the second consecutive season.
"Yuliya had a good meet," diving coach Taryn Patrick said. "Overall, she was very consistent. With the year we've had, it was an accomplishment to even be at this meet. These are the best divers on the West Coast. With more consistent practicing and competitions, she will no doubt be at NCAA's next year!"
Zaporozhye, Ukraine finished 16th on the 1-Meter with a score of 246.10 in the finals, and a combined score of 502.50. She also chalked a 16th place finish on the 3-Meter with a final score of 264.45 and a combined score of 539.90.
