The Rundown
For Thibault to advance to the national championship, she must be one of the three low scoring individuals at the Stanford Regional.

A total of 384 participants have been selected for regional competition at one of four events. Of these players, 132 will advance to the championships finals. Six teams and three individuals will advance from each regional. The top six teams (24 total) and the low three individuals (12 total) not on a qualifying team from each regional will advance to the national championship at Grayhawk Golf Club in Scottsdale, Arizona, May 21-26.

Thibault Notes
- Thibault is prepared for her second appearance at a NCAA regional. Thibault becomes the second Bulldog in program history to earn two NCAA regional appearance bids in their career, joining Madchen Ly (2014 & 2015).
- The senior earned her third-straight first team All-Mountain West honor this season.
- Thibault averaged a 73.07 in 15.0 total rounds on the year.
- She opened the 2021 season with winning the Rebel Beach Invitational, scoring a 4-under 212 (72-70-70).
- Thibault finished in the top 15 in all five tournaments this season, including three top 10.
- Thibault is ranked No. 100 in the latest GolfStat player rankings, announced on May 4.
- Thibault was one of the top 85 golfers from around the world selected to participate at this year's Augusta National Women's Amateur, the second time appearing at the event in her career.
- The selection marks the sixth time Fresno State has been represented in the postseason since 2014, each time under eighth-year head coach Emily Loftin. In the 17-year history of the program, the Bulldogs have entered postseason play once as a team (2008) and have been represented by an individual eight times.
