Fresno State earned its third shutout of the season with a 7-0 win over Sacramento State.

The Breakdown:

The Fresno State women's tennis team defeated Sacramento State 7-0, earning its third shutout win of the season.
In 2021, Fresno State tied for the most overall, as well as the most conference victories by any Mountain West team by going 15-5 overall and 8-2 in MW.
Fresno State now holds seven-match win streak over Sacramento State.

SACRAMENTO, Calif. -- The Fresno State women's tennis team took its third shutout win of the season by defeating Sacramento State 7-0 on Friday.

With this win, the 'Dogs are now on a seven-match winning streak over the Hornets since 2013.

Fresno State (3-1) earned two wins prior to defeating Sacramento State with shutout victories over UCSD and Point Loma last week.

The Bulldogs head back to Fresno for the first home match of the season, taking on Saint Mary's College on Wednesday.
