Notes

The Bulldogs head into their third tournament of the fall. The Bulldogs' top performance came at the Nick Watney Invitational, shooting 22-under par (277-279-274—830) during the two-day event.
Matthew Sutherland has opened the 2022-23 season with back-to-back fourth place finishes, finishing with an 11-under par at the Nick Watney Invitational and followed that up with a 9-under par at the Wolf Pack Classic
Sutherland has shot at least 9-under in three tournaments during his career. Nick Watney (8) is the only Bulldog to have more in the last 20 years.
Sutherland, Watney and Trevor Clayton are the only Bulldogs in the last two decades to shoot at 9-under in at least two tournaments during a season.
Sutherland, Joseph Lloyd, Andrew Lee and Matthew Manganello have each finished one of the Bulldogs' first two tournaments under par.
In his first tournament as a Bulldog, Utah transfer Joseph Lloyd finished two spots back of Sutherland. The sophomore was consistent, shooting in the 60s each round while posting an 8-under par 205 (69-68-68).
Matthew Manganello shot a consistent 3-under par (71-71-71) last time out at the Wolf Pack Classic.
The year's roster is a mix of four returners (Jake Bettencourt, Andrew Lee, Matthew Manganello, Matthew Sutherland), two transfers (Joseph Lloyd, Ryan Mendez) and two true freshmen (Jake Aberle, Jaden Hunter).
Youth is something the Bulldogs have plenty of with no seniors on the roster. Lee, Manganello and Sutherland are the oldest 'Dogs but still have two seasons to play.
Bettencourt and Sutherland enter the year having competed in this past summer's U.S. Amateur. For Sutherland, it was his second straight appearance in the tournament.
